Har set nogle tidligere, som fik samme svar, så når de fik ID-kort osv., så siger de bare, at folkene selv bekræftede transaktionerne og ignorerer dem så fuldstændigt.
Så giv dem slet ikke noget.

Yes I just did it by email followed on to the case ref but you could ring as long as you get the same person dealing with it otherwise you will get some clown saying gambling is not covered !
