They don't want to close my account

Hello I play in 1win casino and because I have a problem with gambling I told them to close my account. The told I have to wait 3 months for the account If I am going to play it will close it. How responsible is that.i someone has a problem if they know that the account is open, they will play. Please do something I like to close it I have serious problem.
