Voted even though I don't use it - I think tools implying limitations on the bankroll are the best, especially on the deposit. Just like in real life, going to a casino with some cash in the wallet, but without debit card.
Of course self-exclusion is efficient, but if sbdy reaches this point, it means there is also a deeply rooted problem to tackle. No tools can protect from that ~ or maybe some automated behavioral analysis, but I don't see casinos willing to do this 😅 (and that's understandable as well).
Still, in the end Awareness and Safeguards are always better than self-punishment.

Compulsive gambling is an addiction much the same as smoking or drinking. I've used most of the tools mentioned on the polls , but like a smoking addiction , gambling can call to you and whisper sweet nothings into your ear until you give in. Having hobbies helps in this regard, taking a walk or exercising instead of logging into an online casino and blowing away your money, make a list of what things you would like to buy yourself if you didn't spend all that cash in a casino, sometimes scaring yourself sh!tless with your bank statements will help get you on track , and there's my favourite, find a demo game that you can play and get rid of some of that anxiety and frustration without breaking the bank .

Well hello and thank you. I'd say perhaps I'm one of the lucky one's , I understood early on , that I, could have a problem and noticed the patterns in my behaviour , so I decided to do something about it. So far so good. I'm almost back to my normal responsible self lol . The slots on The site have helped me loads , I'm just trying to work on myself now and figure a way out of the stuff that's eating me .
