i have won 200 euros and i started verification on Thursday.
I know that the kyc process is a part of a casino but sincerely i have never been asked such things.
I have submitted everything (about 8 documents asked) but every day, they keep asking an additional verification. Some of my documents were approved on Friday and i received 4 mails in a row telling me that my account was successfully verified.
So i tried to withdraw but a couple hours later it was declined. I contacted the chat, they told me it was probably an error and to wait more, which i did. The next day, they asked id with selfie again so i sent it.
Today they are asking a proof of adress which was sent on Thursday and approved on Friday. So i do not understand what they are trying to do...
Should i submit a complaint or should i wait because i think it is not normal to ask same documents again and again, especially the ones which are supposed to be already verified?

Thanks a lot for the update and congratulations to your winning! Some casinos don't verify documents during weekends since most of the employees have the weekends free. They basically just need to keep the customer support running. I believe that's why you had to wait until today (Monday).

Yes I’ve had withdrawals before as I’ve been a player since2023 and I’ve deposited a lot ! But there always late but never this late , they keep closing chat on me now and not replied to any of my emails I was actually a vip and had a vip manager but they paused that got no reason too ! Chat have told me lies so I don’t know what to believe !
