Hey, it would be wonderful if you could give some background to our last post. Yes, please. You see, not every player can see all of the complaints, and many details became private along the way. Plus, no one can see complaint posts unless the posts are manually approved. To be honest, posts with such broad ideas aren't very useful. Of course, I apologize for being so direct.

This is the complained i forwarded
Played in a lot of casino's and most of the time i lose but this time i finally won and even now when i do EVERYTHING to pay out the casino does EVERYTHING to not pay or delay payment for no reason.
I was playing and won around 1k. Did the 1st verification and payed out 500 that is the max with the 1st verification. The second verification you can pay 2k at a time. With the remaining balance i played and i won! 3.500 euro! Here is where the scamming started from the casino. Normally verification is no problem but somehow now it was almost impossible. I send my documents more then 20 times! I send my documents to the whatsapp. Now they contacted their tech team and after 5 days still not so i contacted the company how does the verification. Kycaid and they replied and helped me! They verified my account after 7 days! At that moment i had 2.750 on my account. I had 3 days a withdraw pending of 500 and that one has to be paid out before making a new withdraw. So if this one has been paid i can finally withdraw 2000 euro! But now its 5 days later my withdraw is not paid. What do they say! My account is not verified! HOW! It was verified and now for a reason that nobody know my account is not verified anymore! Now i have to verify AGAIN and wait AGAIN! They make up stupid reasons to avoid paying out and its RIDICILIOUS! Angry as i am i thought let me verify again i have no choice and now i cant verify because i tried to many times. W T V ! Stupid as i am i keep on playing and off course it happened from 3.500 euro i went to 1.500 euro right now! Angry at myself i thought somebody needs to change my password so i would have at least the 1.500 euro! And what did they do! They changed my 1.500 euro balance, 1000 euro as bonus money! I NEVER DEPOSIT or USED ANY BONUS !!!!
I made screenshots of everything and i know i am 100% right and its clearly they do everything to avoid payment!
Please help me to solve this and in my opinion they need to pay me the 3.500 euro because then the fraud started!

Delays are not good, and plain and correct communication is a very handy tool when used properly.
From your description, I do not fully understand the context, but I got that there is more than one verification, and the associated obstacles are concerning. Hopefully, the complaint will once more help you.

I got so much proof that what they are doing is not correct and everyhthing and now they litterly just take 4.160 EUR of me that i won fairly without any proof. I made a complained already and hope that this will be solved because this is pure fraud. Done with gambling online because in the 10+ years i gamble i FINALLY won a good amount and then they take away my winnings.

I think we both agree that deducted funds should be fully explained. On the other hand, delayed rounds are not standard gameplay, and it truly depends on which situation this occurred in. So if I may repeat my question for example, "I assume you did not postpone the bonus rounds while playing with actual bonuses, is that so?" The problem is when you play with a bonus, reach the bonus play in the game and then postpone the rounds for later, when the bonus wagering is completed, so the bonus rounds that player got in the past are played afterwards, when the bonus has ended. That could be the matter, for example.
This definitely did not happen. I actually lost the bonus funds first, then made new deposits and cancelled the old bonus. After that, I made more than 20 normal deposits WITHOUT any bonus attached. It was only on the very last deposit that I started winning, and this happened hundreds of euros later.
I also do not understand the logic behind your accusation. Why would I continue depositing and playing with around €400 of my own real money from my personal bank account if I supposedly still had bonus money available? That simply makes no sense.
According to the casino, I supposedly left a "cash bonus prize" of €996 untouched and then later continued playing with it. But when exactly did I win this amount with bonus funds? I still have not received any answer to that question. Then suddenly later, this so-called bonus amount became €1,400. None of this is consistent or logical.
It honestly feels like excuses are being invented just to avoid paying me.
I have already provided all the evidence, including proof of the high-value wins I achieved, and this entire "cash bonus prize" story simply does not exist.
On top of that, my biggest wins came from buying bonus rounds that cost at least €20 each. That would not even have been possible with bonus funds, because the maximum allowed stake while using bonus money is €5.
I am not worried, because I have ALL the evidence needed to prove that what the casino is claiming is simply not true. The fact that I have now spent over two weeks asking for proof from their side, while they have still provided literally NOTHING to support their accusations, says enough by itself.
Hello, thank you very much for addressing the main question. That was exactly my point; I just wanted to highlight the difference between bonus money and real money. Thus, please provide all that info to the complainant directly; it really is important. Maybe the casino truly has nothing to say because a reasonable explanation does not exist. All is possible, and I agree with you.

Yes, and some many things were not right. First they offer fast withdraws ... Every withdraw took 3 business days and i had to contact them that its was still not paid. They canceled withdraws because they had a system error + i could not fully verify even when i said more then 20 times documents. You need to fully verify to payout 2.000 euro otherwise 500 is the max. They said tech team would check with Kycaid itself and after 5 days still checking so i contacted Kycaid by myself and within a hour my account was fully verified. Then i wanted to withdraw big amount and gues what they unverified my account and then the bonus issues SUDDENLY came up. I can tell you more then 10 things that ussually NEVER happens in other casino's. In my opinion 'below average' is way too high specially when the customer shows his proof and that their system made a mistake. And then they just ignore that and don't file any proof from their site.
Given what you already been through, I have no reason to torture you with further questions. In my opinion all those things can be caused by numerous casino issues, yet you as the player should always be treated with care. If a casino fails to do so, it is understandable to hear such comments.
I dare to say we will find more in the complaint, but that's more about the technical side of the matter. Feelings and bad emotions are, of course, a completely different story and I hope the complaint will be able to help you get through this.
