So I have to say that, I have had nothing but trouble trying to withdraw,from being told i was doing it incorrectly following all instructions multiple attempts and no success still over 5days I found somewhere that mentioned u can only withdraw using same as deposit method. Support never mentioned this I have just told them this as I was trying bank transfer instead of Mastercard wich was the method I used to deposit. But there is no option method for Mastercard.
