That has happened to me too and between PAY OP and TINK FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD and NINEWIN casino, no-one is admitting receiving £30.00 out of my bank account.It was a bank transfer.
Contacted my bank and unfortunantly they are unable to get the money back as was a bank transfer.
Scammed again ,ninewin also shows my deposit was cancelled,but yet I have evidence they took it out of my bank.

I find it quite hard to believe there is nothing the bank can do, especially if you hold the evidence.

Every time I’ve tried to message live chat they tell me to have patience and wait for an email it’s the same thing over and over again I just want my deposit back I’ve deposited using the same system and it’s work every time this time it hasn’t and no one wants to return my money

It’s been five days and every day I’ve been told to have patience and wait it’s not been processed or anything nor had a email back it’s like I’m literally being scammed and money will never come back I’ve got screen shots of being told they promise it will be resolved they only say the same thing over and over again said it would take 72 hours which is 3 days it’s now been 5 days
Been told it was being put to my account but I had to wager the money that was deposited and obviously I’ve told them I wanted it to go straight back to my bank as soon as I started to gamble it it all lost no surprise as I had a feeling they would do this to claim back my money I asked them to put to my bank account and then told me no now they have disabled my account so can’t contact them

I withdrew £400 in 3 separate transactions on the 1st July and the 2nd. The transactions weren’t processed until the 10th July and I was asked to wait 5 business days which I have and I still haven’t received my money despite going back and forth with the casino. This also happened at the end of June where I withdrew £200. They said I received this money after sending bank statements but I clearly didn’t. I have proof of live chats and transaction history please help.

I have sent them transaction numbers which they are choosing to ignore and they’re sending me other paid transactions which I have told them that I have received. I have also verified my identity via the website. Thanks for clarifying that.
