6 months and still have not received my bitcoin payout of $341. i messaged them continuously and the same runaround. best of luck to you with getting your payout

Has the casino ever explained this to you?
Sadly, the casino is unlicensed and I also found some recent unresolved complaints. 🙁

I feel like the rating of Royal Planet Casino should be lowered on this site due to the number of people complaining of payouts not being honored.
Also, more complaints need to be made to the gaming software companies used by Royal Planet like Rival.

I've still been getting the runaround and they just keep cycling the excuses as I go from being on the queti technical difficulties back to theque and I think we are back at technical difficulties, these guys are bogus af. I've been trying to get an answer that's legitimate since 7/12/23

Back to technical difficulties again after I was on the queue again, I think being on the queue with royal planet casino means your not getting paid what your owed, I'd love to see this casino shut down promptly and for good.

At least, thanks to your complaint, the rating is a bit lower now, but I said this is not a safe place for any player.
