I deposited approximately $348 and placed only two normal bets on a live match (UAE vs Nepal). Both bets were successful, and my balance increased to around $800.
However, as soon as I requested a withdrawal, my account was suddenly restricted.
The casino claims that I violated their Terms & Conditions, but:
- They have not provided any specific reason
- No evidence or proof has been shared
- My funds are still being withheld
Additional concerns:
- Live chat initially confirmed that my withdrawal was "processed successfully"
- Later, they completely denied this and changed their response
- I have sent multiple emails, including a formal notice, but received no proper response
- I also escalated the issue to their licensing authority, but there has been no resolution so far
- I found similar complaints from other users on social media
I have all supporting evidence:
- Transaction (TXID)
- Chat screenshots
- Email communication
This situation seems unfair and non-transparent.
