Jeg er ikke sikker på, om det er rigtigt at stille dette her. Jeg har kontaktet klageansvarlig, og jeg har haft en forfærdelig oplevelse med, at 'Igor' håndterede min klage.

Du kan se på skærmbillederne, at min partner sørgede for, at det ikke var imod vilkårene, hvis jeg underskrev på den hjemmeside, han havde, og brugte hans bærbare computer (som han ikke bruger længere). Casinoet endte med at stjæle mine 408-gevinster og hævdede brud på vilkårene. Men kunne ikke forklare hvilke.
Vedhæftet er Igors svar, meget aggressivt, afvisende og ikke rigtig logisk (f.eks. hvorfor skulle min partner to gange sige, at han gav mig sin bærbare computer og tjekkede med casinoet, om det var okay, hvis jeg ikke ville bruge den til at spille? Det virker som om, at Igor bevidst er uopmærksom her).
Jeg vil sige, at 9 ud af 10 personer, der læser skærmbillederne, ville sige, at jeg gjorde alt, hvad jeg kunne, for at sikre, at ingen betingelser blev brudt. Men måske er CasinoGurus affiliate-aftale blind for dem her? Bare for at tilføje, at jeg aldrig tjente penge på en bonus, det var udelukkende kontantindbetalinger. 



Jeg ville virkelig sætte pris på, at klagechefen kiggede på dette og var lidt mere objektiv, da disse tilsyneladende går fuldstændig imod fair gaming.

I'm not sure if this is right to put this here. I have reached out to the head of complaints, I have had an atrocious experience with 'Igor' handling my complaint.

You can see in the screenshots my partner made sure it was not against the terms if i signed at the site he had and used his laptop (which he didn't use anymore). The casino ended up stealing my 408 winnings and claimed breach of terms. But couldn't explain which ones.
The attached is Igors response, very aggressive, dismissive and not really logical (E.g why would my partner twice say he was giving me his laptop and checking with the casino if that was okay, if I wasn't going to use it to play? seems like Igor is being deliberately obtuse here).
I would say 9 out of 10 people who read the screenshots & would say I did everything I could to ensure no terms were broken. But perhaps CasinoGuru affiliate deal is blinding them here? Just to add I never made any money from a bonus, it was all cash deposits.



I would really appreciate head of complaints to look at this and be a little more objective as these seems to go against fair gaming completely.
