A player had a bonus balance that reportedly reached €950. Then the casino removed the balance from the account. The first explanation was basically "administrative decision" / administrative issues.
Later, the reason seemed to change. First, the case was connected to promotion abuse. Then the casino pointed to bonus expiry. But when the exact timeline was questioned (when the bonus was activated, when it supposedly expired, and when the balance was removed), the bonus was eventually returned to the player.
