Based on the evidence provided, the casino requested standard AML/KYC documentation, including proof of identity, address, and source of funds. Although you successfully provided some documents (ID, selfies, and partial address verification), the requested source of wealth was not fully satisfied in a format accepted by the casino’s compliance policy. As you indicated that you do not have standard income documentation available, the source-of-funds verification could not be completed under the casino’s requirements. The casino issued a refund of your deposit, which was processed and confirmed.
