Jeg tilmeldte mig dette casino for en uge siden. Jeg bemærkede, da jeg tilmeldte mig, at RTP'en ikke var særlig god sammenlignet med andre, men jeg tænkte, at jeg alligevel ville give det en chance.

De gør det grundlæggende så svært som muligt og sørger for, at du ikke hæver noget, hvis du vinder.
De skal faktisk indse, at den eneste grund til, at de fleste indbetaler penge, er på grund af de bonusser, der tilbydes, og uden det ville de fleste ikke indbetale penge, så de burde i det mindste give dem mulighed for at hæve ethvert beløb, når omsætningskravene er opfyldt. Så mine indbetalinger, tror jeg, næsten alle var indbetalinger uden bonus inkluderet.

De havde også muligheden for at indbetale, da jeg læste det. Jeg indså så, at det var tid til at modtage cashback i dag, og der stod, at jeg skulle gå til livechat for at anmode om dette. Jeg troede, det var et rødt flag, at det ikke blev gjort automatisk af systemet, og jeg tænkte, at de gør det for at undgå cashback. Jeg går til livechat og anmoder om cashback, og fik flere undskyldninger for, hvorfor jeg ikke er berettiget.
Den første er "det er kun for VIP-spillere"
Jeg svarede så ved at sige, at det er for alle spillere og ikke specifikt for VIP-spillere.
Deres anden undskyldning var "du spillede ikke det meste i live casinoet, så du er ikke berettiget (jeg går ud fra, at han mener, at jeg burde have brugt det meste af min tid og mine penge i live casinoet og ikke på spilleautomater).
Så jeg svarede ved at spørge, hvor det står i vilkårene og betingelserne? for jeg kunne ikke se nogen steder, hvor det tydeligt står.
Deres tredje undskyldning, da de ikke kunne give et svar på mit svar på undskyldning nr. 2, var "du skal bruge al din indbetaling og tid i live casinoet, og det gjorde du ikke".
Så mit svar var igen, hvor står det specifikt i vilkår og betingelser? Jeg sendte derefter også et skærmbillede af vilkår og betingelser via livechatten og bad ham om at vise mig det.
Deres fjerde undskyldning for ikke at kunne vise mig, hvor det er nævnt i vilkår og betingelser, var, at det skal bruges på live casinospil som Blackjack, Roulette osv. (jeg spillede Sweet Bonanza, 9 Pots of Gold live spilleautomat og Roulette). Vil du gætte, hvad mit svar var? ... du gættede rigtigt, jeg spurgte, hvor det stod i vilkår og betingelser? Jeg havde også anmodet om at få dette eskaleret til hans supervisor/manager for at undersøge dette, men fik at vide "Jeg er din manager". Jeg sagde, at jeg ikke spurgte, hvem MIN manager er, jeg spurgte, hvem DIN er, og fik at vide, at han ikke har en manager, og at eventuelle problemer kun går til ham.
Det blev ved og ved. Til sidst lukkede han chatten og brugte undskyldningen med, at jeg var inaktiv, hvilket var en løgn. Han tilføjede dybest set regler, efterhånden som chatten skred frem. Hver gang han ikke kunne svare på noget, jeg stillede spørgsmål om, hvilket var alle hans svar, svarede han med en ny opdigtet regel, i den tro, at jeg ville glemme, at han ikke bare besvarede mine tidligere spørgsmål, og fokusere på sin næste nye regel.
Jeg påpegede dette og sagde, at han ikke har svaret på noget af det, jeg specifikt har spurgt om, og fortalte ham også, at han taler til mig, som om jeg er dum.
Han sagde så, at de nye regler (han er kommet med som svar på mine spørgsmål) ikke behøver at være specifikt angivet i vilkår og betingelser på samme måde, som han lige har sagt dem ... hans nye regler er ikke engang vagt nævnt i vilkår og betingelser!
Det handler ærligt talt slet ikke om cashback. Det handler om anmeldelser, der bliver lagt ud af fora/kunder/anmeldelsessider, at casinoet bliver højt vurderet osv., så personen går derefter til casinoet og indbetaler penge, og finder derefter ud af, hvordan de virkelig er. Det er sådan, at de fleste mennesker ikke engang kritiserer dem, fordi de straks prøver at få personen til at føle sig dum, fordi de sætter spørgsmålstegn ved det.
håber at de fleste heller ikke læser det med småt. Hvor meget de går for at undgå at betale bare $ gør dem dumme, fordi de sandsynligvis mister den kunde og eventuelle fremtidige indbetalinger, som ville være hundredvis til tusindvis, alt sammen for at spare $1.

I signed up to this casino a week ago. I noticed when I signed up that the RTP wasn't too good compared to others, but I thought I'll still give it a chance.
I'll mention, I also rarely pay a deposit to a casino and use their promo with it, as I feel most times the wagering requirements most times you won't get the required amount wagered & I think that if you do wager and win any money after that, then their policies stating you can only withdraw max $100 even after meeting wagering requirements is just ridiculous also.
They basically make it hard as possible & ensure you don't withdraw anything if you do win.
They need to actually realise that the only reason most do deposit, is because of the bonuses offered and without that, most wouldn't deposit, so they should be at least allowing them to withdraw any amount once wagering requirements are met. So my deposits I think nearly all of them, were deposits with no bonus included.

They also had the option to deposit when I was reading it. I then realise it was time to receive cash back today & it said to go to live chat to request this. I thought it was a red flag that it wasn't done automatically by the system & thought I bet they do that to avoid the cash back. I go on live chat and request the cash back & was given multiple excuses as to why I'm not eligible.
The first being "its only for VIP players"
I then responded by saying its for all players & not specifically VIP players.
Their 2nd excuse was " you didn't play mostly in the live casino, so you're not eligible (im assuming he means that I should have spent most of my time and money in the live casino & not on slots)
So I responded by asking where it says that in the T&C ? because I couldn't see anywhere that it clearly states that.
Their 3rd excuse as they were not able to give an answer for my response to excuse no. 2 was " you have to spend all of your deposit & time in the live casino and you didn't do that ".
So my response was again, where does it specifically state that in the T&C ? I then also sent through the live chat a screenshot of the T&C & asked him to show me.
Their 4th excuse due to not being able to show me where it is mentioned in the T&C was that it has to be spent on live casino games like Blackjack, Roulette etc (I played sweet bonanza,9 pots of gold live slot & Roulette ). Do you want to guess what my response to that was ? ....you guessed it, I asked where it stated this in the T&C ? I also had requested this be escalated to his supervisor/manager to look into this,but was told "I am your manager". I said I didn't ask who MY manager is, I asked who YOURS is and was told that he doesn't have a manager & any issues go to him only.
This went on & on. He eventually closed the chat & used the excuse of me being inactive, which was a lie. He was basically adding rules in as the chat went on. Every time he couldn't answer anything I questioned, which was all of his responses, he would answer with another made up rule, thinking I'd forget he didn't just answer my previous questions and focus on his next new rule.
I pointed this out & said he hasn't answered anything I've questioned specifically & also told him that he is speaking to me like I'm stupid.
He then said that the new rules (he has come up with in response to my questions) dont have to specifically be stated in the T&C the same way he just said them ....his new rules aren't even mentioned vaguely in the T&C!
Its honestly not even about the cash back at all,Its about reviews being posted by forums/Customers/Review sites, backing the casino being highly rated etc, so the person then goes to that casino & deposits money and then finding out after what they are really like. Its that most people don't even call them out on it, because they try instantly to make the person feel stupid for questioning it and
hope that most won't read the fine print either.The extent they go to, to avoid paying even $, makes them stupid, because they likely lose that customer & any future deposits which would be hundreds to thousands, all to save $1.
