Jeg modtog en e-mail med et tilbud om en bonus uden indskud. Der var et omsætningskrav på 55x. Jeg opfyldte omsætningskravet, og da jeg var færdig med at omsætte, var jeg midt i et spil. Der dukkede en boks op, der sagde, at jeg havde omsat, og at de havde efterladt $26 på min konto og trukket $254.
Jeg var fuldstændig forvirret, og da jeg tjekkede vilkår og betingelser, var der ingen steder, hvor der stod, at jeg fik $26 efter at have gennemført indsatsen.
Jeg gik på livechat og talte med 6 forskellige agenter, som alle tjekkede, hvad jeg sagde, og gennemgik vilkår og betingelser. I det øjeblik de gjorde det, blev de uhøflige, diskuterede det ikke yderligere og fortalte mig, at det var korrekt, og at det var endeligt.
Jeg sendte derefter en meget detaljeret e-mail for at få gennemgået alt.
For to dage siden så jeg en e-mail, der sagde, at der var blevet sat en "loyalitetsbonus" ind på min konto, og at der var gratis spins. Jeg tænkte, at det havde noget at gøre med de penge, de tog, så jeg tjekkede e-mailen, der stod absolut ingenting om, at det var for det. Jeg tænkte også, at der stod en loyalitetsbonus, så måske er det et år siden, jeg tilmeldte mig, eller noget. Så tjekkede jeg mine e-mails for at se, om der var andre e-mails, der sagde, at det handlede om tvisten, og ingen e-mails.
Jeg regnede også med, at det umuligt kunne være dem, der gav mig mine penge tilbage, fordi "loyalitetsbonussen" havde et omsætningskrav på $11.200,00!!!! og hvis det var de penge, de tog, som jeg havde satset, så ville der ikke være et omsætningskrav, når jeg havde vundet pengene og satset dem, så hvorfor skulle jeg gøre det igen og for så stort et beløb.
Jeg vidste, at det var nærmest umuligt at satse på det. Jeg spillede det uden megen anstrengelse, da det ville være spild af min tid at forsøge det, og chancerne for, at jeg ville gøre det, var så små.
Så en time efter de sendte mig e-mailen om bonussen, modtager jeg en besked fra supporten, der siger, at de havde begået en "fejl" ved at hæve mine penge, jeg vandt efter omsætning, og at de havde indsat pengene tilbage på min konto og FS. Og at de håber, at jeg genovervejer min anmeldelse.
Jeg var rasende!! De giver mig en bonus, jeg satser den og vinder $280, de tager $254 fra mig og kan ikke give mig nogen grund til hvorfor eller vise mig i vilkår og betingelser, hvor det står, at jeg vil stå tilbage med $26, efter at jeg har bedt 6 forskellige live agenter om at give mig en kopi af den eller henvise mig til, hvor den er på hjemmesiden. Jeg sender mig en e-mail med mange detaljer og så enkle vendinger som muligt, efter at live agenterne ikke tilsyneladende forstår mit spørgsmål, da de indser, at jeg har ret. Jeg modtager en e-mail dage senere, der siger, at jeg har en "loyalitetsbonus" med massive indsatser på den, intet nævnt overhovedet i den om, at dette havde at gøre med de penge, de har taget fra min konto. Jeg spiller det, og en time senere blev e-mailen sendt fra en supportmedarbejder, der fortalte mig, at det var de penge, de havde taget, som blev givet tilbage. Så gik jeg til live support, og de fortalte mig, at beslutningen var endelig, og jeg sagde, hvordan det kunne være muligt, når I ikke fortalte årsagen til "loyalitetsbonussen". Den burde alligevel aldrig have været returneret som en "loyalitetsbonus" med et omsætningskrav. Jeg modtog aldrig en e-mail samtidig, der fortalte mig, hvad den var til for. Så hvordan er det fair? De fik mig til at satse mine egne penge, som jeg havde vundet fair og ved at opfylde deres krav. Agenten nægtede stadig at diskutere det og afsluttede chatten, fordi de vidste, at jeg havde ret.
Så sendte jeg en e-mail til supporten igen, og de svarede i dag, at de ikke ville ændre det. Det var korrekt, hvordan de håndterede det, og at jeg havde spillet bonussen, så de ville ikke ændre den. Bonussen burde ikke have været en bonus! Jeg vil tage den med til spillekommissionen, hvis det ikke er ordnet nu, bare af princip. Det er ulækkert, hvordan de har håndteret det. Alt sammen for at spare det beløb. Jeg har alle e-mails med datoer, tidspunkter osv. og alle e-mails, der er sendt og modtaget. Jeg har også en transskription af alle chats.
I received an email with a no deposit bonus offer. There was a wagering requirement of 55x. I met the wagering requirement and at the time I finished wagering, I was in the middle of a game, a box popped up saying I had wagered and they had left $26 in my account and taken $254.
I was complelet confused and when I went to check the T&C, there was nowhwhere that it stated I get $26 after wagering.
I went on live chat and spoke to 6 different agents who all would check what I was saying and go into the T&C and the moment they would, they would become rude, wouldn't discuss it further and would tell me its correct and that's final.
I then sent a very detailed email to support going over everything.
Then two days ago, I see an email saying a "Loyalty bonus" was put in my account and free spins. I though is that anything to do with the money they took and so I checked the email, it had absolutely no mention of it being for that, I also thought well it says loyalty bonus, so maybe its been a year since I joined or something. I then checked my emails to see if there was any other email saying that it was to do with the dispute and no emails.
I also figured it couldnt possibly be them giving me my money back they took either, because the "loyalty bonus" had a wagering requirement on it of $11,200.00!!!! and if it were the money they took that I had wagered, then it wouldn't have a wagering requirement on it, when I had won the money and wagered it , so why would I need to do it again and for such a big amount.
I knew it was near impossible to wager it. I played it and without much effort due to it would be a waste of my time to attempt it and chances were so small I would do it.
So I then an hour after they sent me the email about the bonus, receive an ail from support saying that they had made an "error" with taking my money I won after wagering and that they had added the money back to my account and FS And that they hope I reconsider my review.
I was furious!! They give me a bonus, I wager it and win $280, they take $254 from me and cannot give me any reason why or show me in the T&C where it states I will be left with $26 after I requested from 6 different live agents to provide me a copy of it or direct me to where it is on the website. I email I'm great detail and as simple terms as possible after the live agents not seeming to understand my question when they realized I was right. I receive an email days later saying o have a "loyalty bonus" with massive wagering on it , nothing mentioned in there whatsoever that this was to do with the money they took from my account. I play it, then an hour later the email was sent from a support agent telling me it was the money they took given back. I then went on live support, they told me the decision was final and I said how can it be when you didn't telle the reason for the "loyalty bonus" , it should never have been returned as a "loyalty bonus" with a wagering requirement anyway, I never received an email the same time to tell me what it was for either , so how is it fair ? they were making me wager my own money that I had won fairly and by meeting their requirements. The agent refused still to discuss and ended the chat because they knew I was right.
I then emailed support again in great detail again and they replied today saying they won't change it, it was correct how they handled it and I played the bonus so they won't change it. The bonus that shouldn't have been a bonus ! I will be taking it to gaming commission if its not sorted now , just out of principal. its disgusting how they have handled it. all to save that amount. I have all emails with dates, times etc and all emails sent and received . I also have transcript of all chats.
