Jeg indsender denne klage vedrørende en indbetaling på 50.000 INR, som jeg har foretaget på min Dafabet-konto, som ikke er blevet krediteret indtil videre, selvom beløbet er blevet debiteret fra min bankkonto.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a deposit of INR 50,000 that I made to my Dafabet account, which has not been credited until now despite the amount being successfully debited from my bank account.

The amount was successfully debited from my bank account at the time of the transaction. After noticing that the funds were not credited to my Dafabet account, I immediately contacted their customer support team.
However, Dafabet support repeatedly replied with a standard message stating that the funds were not received and advising me to contact my bank for a refund.
I contacted my bank regarding this matter, and they clearly confirmed that the transaction was successfully processed and transferred to the beneficiary/payment gateway system, and therefore a refund cannot be initiated by the bank.
I would also like to highlight an important point that clearly shows the issue lies within Dafabet’s system or payment gateway.
Previously, I made another deposit of INR 25,000, which initially faced the same issue, and Dafabet support gave the same response stating that the funds were not received. However, after some days that amount was eventually credited to my Dafabet account.
This clearly proves that the problem is related to Dafabet’s internal reconciliation or payment gateway delay, not my bank.
It has now been more than 45 days since the transaction, and my INR 50,000 is still neither credited to my Dafabet account nor refunded to my bank account.
Keeping a customer's funds for such a long period without proper investigation is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the casino’s payment handling practices.
I kindly request the Casino Guru Complaint Team to investigate this matter and assist in resolving the issue.

I request Dafabet to either immediately credit the deposit amount of INR 50,000 to my Dafabet account or refund the amount back to my bank account.
