The responses were very generic almost like they copy and paste there replies it seems that there was no intention to get the matter sorted as they gave me dead lines that they exceeded and false hope. I believe that I should of had a prize in the wagering tournament. I also noticed that there were bonuses listed on my casino history that I never recieved so again I contested this with live chat. They issued the bonuses that were stated on my account that I never recieved but not without explaining my problem about a dozen times... this was separate to the issue of the wagering tournament.. the next day I try to log in and my account has been locked pending some sort of review.
What can be done in this instance because it's clear that the casino will dupe the players If they see room to do so which Is a big concern..
