Anyway I have done all that, i deposited via Apple Pay, then when going to withdrawal i have to wait 3 days for it to get canceled with no explanation, so after repeatedly going on the help chat the withdrawal I made to card didn’t match, I have no option to withdrawal via Apple Pay and I also went on the chat prior to them canceling it which they also told me wouldn’t be a problem, after more days and back and forth on the chat they eventually tell me they will accept bank transfer for withdrawal, so I do that, wait another 5 days, which then eventually gets canceled, I continue on the chat back and forth to which they say I did not provide my sort code or account number for bank transfer, there were no options to do so, the only boxes were BIC and iban. They then tell me cancel the withdrawal as they’ve updated their system, which I did and the account and sort code boxes were there now, now it is just sat in pending are they are telling me it will be another 48 hours before they even look at it again. I am beginning to believe they will not pay out.
