I understand the standard 14-day waiting period, however, I would like to point out that my situation appears to be different from a normal delay.
My withdrawal has been marked as "Approved" for 8 days already, but I have not received any funds. Additionally, no TXID or blockchain transaction link has been provided, which strongly suggests that the payment has not actually been processed.
Furthermore, I have contacted the casino support multiple times over the past 8 days and have received no response at all.
Given these facts — approved status without a verifiable transaction, no communication from support, and similar reports from other users — I am concerned that this may not be a standard processing delay.
