Dette er et svar på svaret casinoet gav på min anmeldelse.
Jeg har været i kontakt med support@0x.bet, og de bliver ved med at give mig undskyldninger, den ene gang fortæller de mig, at det er bekræftelse, og den anden gang fortæller de mig, at mine penge er på vej, SÅ igen fortæller de mig, at de er i gang med at undersøge ' mine penge er ikke på vej, jeg HAR bevis for hver e-mail, hver tekst med undskyldninger, som både supportteamet og VIP-manageren giver mig. De bliver bare ved med at give undskyldninger for at forsinke og ender med ikke at betale mine gevinster. Jeg bliver ved med at blive løjet for af kasinoet.
Du sagde 'Måske opfylder din anmodning eller konto ikke nogle krav, så tilbagetrækningen er forsinket. Vi beder dig også om at gennemgå din mail omhyggeligt, vores specialister informerer altid spillere om årsagen til at annullere tilbagetrækningen'.
JEG BLEV ALDRIG INFORMERET, hvorfor tilbagetrækningen er forsinket, og jeg blev heller ikke bedt om at give oplysninger. Det hele lyder som et copy-paste-svar, og du forsøgte ikke at finde ud af, hvad problemet egentlig er i situationen.
Jeg vil opdatere mere i de kommende dage.
Den værste oplevelse nogensinde
Jeg åbnede en konto for et par dage siden, jeg indsatte en lille smule over 1000 euro og spillede. Heldet var på min side og vandt i alt 9000 euro. Jeg trak mine gevinster tilbage.
På siden står der øjeblikkelige udbetalinger. Jeg har erfaring med et andet online casino, der udbetaler på timer, så jeg forventede det samme.
Det tog længere tid end forventet, så jeg kontaktede den såkaldte 'VIP-manager'. Hun forsikrede mig om, at min udbetaling vil blive behandlet på mandag, og at jeg vil få min gevinst.
Søndag eftermiddag, da jeg forsøgte at logge ind, regnede jeg med, at de havde blokeret min konto, de underrettede mig ikke om noget, og efter mange anstrengelser for at kontakte en agent og VIP-manageren, svarede 'VIP-manageren' 'Din konto bliver undersøgt. Dette var den samme undskyldning, som de gav en anden spiller, som jeg læste i anmeldelserne. Hvis det var tilfældet, skulle de have sendt en e-mail med besked om dette, så jeg kan give de nødvendige oplysninger.
Jeg har aldrig set et kasino lukke en spillers konto for en 'verifikationsproces', det giver ikke mening.
VIP-chefen havde ingen forståelse for min bekymring, og selv hendes holdning ændrede sig og holdt op med at svare på mine beskeder på et tidspunkt. Jeg har læst overalt, at de vil gøre ALT for ikke at betale, og det er også min erfaring.

This is a reply to the response the casino gave to my review.
I have been in contact with support@0x.bet, and they keep giving me excuses, one time they tell me it's verification, and the other time they tell me my funds are on the way, THEN again they tell me they are 'investigating' my funds are not on the way, I HAVE proof of every email, every text of the excuses that both the support team and the VIP manager is giving me. They just keep giving excuses to delay and end up not paying my winnings. I keep being lied to by the casino.
You said 'Perhaps your request or account does not meet some requirements, so the withdrawal is delayed. We also ask you to carefully review your mail, our specialists always inform players of the reason for canceling the withdrawal'.
I WAS NEVER INFORMED why the withdrawal is delayed nor I was asked to provide information. This all sounds like a copy-paste response and you didn't try to find what the problem really is in the situation.
I will update more in the coming days.
The worst experience ever
I opened an account a few days ago, I deposited a little bit over 1000 euros and played. Luck was on my side and won a total of 9000 euros. I withdrew my winnings.
On the site, it says instant payouts. I have experience with another online casino that pays out in hours so I expected the same.
It took longer than expected so I contacted the so-called 'VIP manager'. She assured me that my withdrawal will be processed by Monday and that I will get my winning.
Sunday afternoon when I tried to log in I figured that they have blocked my account, they didn't notify me of anything, and after much effort to contact an agent and the VIP manager, the 'VIP manager' replied 'Your account is being investigated. This was the same excuse they gave another player as I read in the reviews. If that was the case they should have sent an email notifying me about this so I can provide the information needed.
I have never seen a casino close a player's account for a 'verification process' it doesn't make sense.
The Vip manager had no understanding of my concern and even her attitude changed and stopped replying to my messages at some point. I have read everywhere that they will do ANYTHING not to payout, and this is my experience as well.
I am going to update you on how this goes, I am very curious about how this is going to end.
