First deposit of 0.15 LTC placed into the provided address and still over a week later has not been located. Customer service is appealing to say the least. After numerous attempts at contacting support in order to receive some sort of information regarding the investigation put in place no information has been passed on of their own accord, only once I have contacted asking what is happening do they then bring forward information or ask for what more is needed to aid the investigation.
