I had the most horrifying experience with this casino. I created a new account with casino with basic info i.e. name and email. somehow address was auto populated with no option to modify
Document upload feature was disabled stating that my documents are already approved (I never uploaded any documents and neither it was showing any uploaded documents) again no option to reupload the same
When I created a withdrawal request -- there was no action for almost 24 hours and I thought the money is never coming back so kept playing until my balance became ZERO
Even when one writes an email with specific questions -- irrelevant responses are provided after 2-3 days
