I was under the impression that withdrawals can not be withheld when they ask for more documents.. I just feel that something is not right these casinos happily take deposits but when it comes to withdrawals they make it so hard for us customers.. UKGC clearly states that a casino cannot request further verification as a condition of withdrawal if they could have requested it earlier. Yet it seems as though this is exactly what they are doing.
