Jeg spillede på dette kasino efter at have troet en annonce om, at det havde en britisk licens. Efter store tab på en nat gik jeg tilbage, efter at jeg blev mistænksom, da de ikke ville tillade mig at hæve et lille beløb fra min konto med penge, jeg lige havde indbetalt. Jeg forsøgte med det samme at lukke kontoen, og kundeservice tillod mig ikke at give mig alle mulige undskyldninger i 2 dage. Jeg lukkede endelig kontoen og fik at vide, at jeg ville modtage kontosaldoen om mindre end 5 dage. Jeg endte på hospitalet og prøvede at håndtere disse mennesker, de er en skændsel. De fortæller løgne og ignorerer e-mails i 4-5 dage ad gangen og ønskede også at se billeder af begge sider af 2 bankkort/konti (meget mistænkeligt), de hævdede også, at min bank holdt tilbage med betalingen. Min bank sagde, at det ikke er sandt. Jeg fik endelig en betaling, som var mindre end på kontoen mine egne penge 4 uger senere. De ignorerer nu mine e-mails, da de ikke skulle have fortalt mig, at de havde en britisk licens, og de tog også et gebyr for at betale mig min egen tilbage. De tvang mig også til at ændre min e-mail-adresse og sagde så, at jeg aldrig registrerede mig med den første e-mail-adresse. Jeg klager til alle, jeg kan over, at de tog britiske spillere og opførselen fra dem, da jeg forsøgte at lave en lille tilbagetrækning og den følelsesmæssige skade, de forvoldte mig med deres standsningstaktik
I played at this casino after believing an advert that it held a U.K licence. After big losses in one night I went back after I became suspicious when they wouldn't allow me to withdraw a small amount of money from my account with money I had just deposited. I instantly tried to close the account and customer service wouldn't allow me giving me all sorts of excuses for 2 days . I finally closed the account and was told I would recieve account balance in less than 5 days . I ended up in hospital trying to deal with these people they are a disgrace. They tell lies and ignore emails for 4-5 days at a time and also wanted to see photos of both sides of 2 bank cards /accounts (very suspicious) they also claimed my bank held up the payment. My bank said its not true. I finally got a payment which was less that was in the account my own money 4weeks later. They now ignore my emails as they shouldn't have told me they had a U.K licence also they took a fee for paying me my own back . They also forced me to change my email address and then said I never registered with the first email adress. I am complaining to everyone I can about there taking U.K players and the behaviour from them when I tried to make a small withdrawal and the emotional harm they caused me with their stalling tactics
