Havde flere afviste hævninger for forkerte bankkontoposteringer. Er endda blevet forsynet med eksempler af kundesupport på, hvordan jeg lægger mine bankkontooplysninger, som jeg har fulgt. Stadig afvist på grund af forkerte bankkontooplysninger.
Havde afvist tilbagetrækning for at overskride den daglige tilbagetrækningsgrænse, som de sagde er $1800, og når jeg gør dette får jeg en anden e-mail, der siger, at det er $1500.

All my documents required have been verified and accepted.
Had multiple decline withdrawal for incorrect bank account entries. Have even been provided with examples by customer support on how to put my bank account details in which I have followed. Still declined for incorrect bank account details.
Had withdrawl declined for exceeding daily withdrawl limit which they said is $1800 and then when I do this get another email saying it is $1500.
The worse thing is everytime my c
cashout is declined it takes 24hrs before they tell you.
I have kept screenshots of everything.
Their customer support staff are friendly and polite when they answer however it is ususally hours between correspondence.
So incredibly frustrating.
