The casino hasn’t paid out my winnings - 3.000€ - for weeks. It also hasn’t responded to a complaint I filed with Casino Guru, which has been pending for several weeks now. The support chat and email support only send unhelpful, generic responses.

So unfortunately, my conclusion is that I wouldn’t recommend anyone to play here. The sad truth is: once you deposit money, it’s as good as gone — and winnings are never paid out. So hands off!

I would give zero stars if I could.

The finance team finally rejected my withdrawal of 700€ because they want a proof for a deposit that was made on october 9th. Problem: this proof is IMPOSSIBLE to get, because the deposit on october 9th was on a sunday.

Banks dont work on sundays and book money on the following day - monday.

That is also what the screenshot of my bank system - and any other bank system in the world would say the same - says: weekend transactions are booked on mondays.

In other words: the casino makes something players cannot change - the data in their banks system - the reason not to pay withdrawals.

Guess what: when do people deposit money and play casino? Exactly, 90% at the weekend😉

I would not recommend anyone to play here. Deposit somewhere else in a trustworthy casino.
