Hi everyone,

I want to share my recent experience with Samba Slot and get your opinions, because I honestly feel wronged by what I consider a technical error in the casino's system.

I received a welcome bonus and, as usual, there were maximum bet rules. So far, so good. The issue is that Samba Slot says I violated the "max bet" rule because I purchased a bonus feature. The limit was $/€5 per round using bonus funds.

Now for the important part:

🔹 I didn't know that purchasing a bonus feature was prohibited, because the Samba Slot system itself allowed me to do so.

🔹 It wasn't excessive: I purchased bonuses totaling around $20.

🔹 98% of my bets were between 10 and 20 cents, very low stakes.

🔹 There was no abuse or intention to gain an advantage. I simply used features that were available and not blocked.

🔹 If something is prohibited, the casino should disable that option when playing with a bonus, as many other responsible casinos do.

I filed a complaint with Casino Guru, but they didn't support it, stating that the "max bet" rule is an industry standard. I understand that. But my point is that the player shouldn't be penalized for something that could have been avoided with a technical restriction.

I think there's a big difference between intentionally trying to break the rules and committing an unintentional violation because the platform doesn't prevent what's supposedly prohibited.

What do you think?

Have you experienced something similar with Samba Slot or another casino?

Do you think it's fair to confiscate bonuses or winnings in cases where the system doesn't protect the player from making an unintentional mistake?

I'm interested in hearing different perspectives.

Hi, based on the answer you received from us, I won't repeat myself so you don't hear the same thing again.

In any case, I understand your point of view because I would also expect something that is not allowed to be automatically disabled. In some casinos this is the case, in others it is not. There are probably more where it is not technically disabled. Maybe it's on purpose to trick players. I know that during a bonus, it is often forbidden to buy buy-in bonuses. It usually gets you into trouble, so I would take that as a lesson.

Besides, I saw that the casino was supposed to give you that bonus back. Did that happen?

I think it's standard across every casino I can remember.

The only time I agree bonus buy should be fair game if it was below the max bet of the bonus offer.
