Okay, jeg har et spørgsmål. Synes du, at kontohavere skal have anden og tredje chance, hvis de har brudt reglerne eller ikke fulgte retningslinjerne? Eller for den sags skyld omvendt, at skulle kontohavere give et kasino en anden eller tredje chance, hvis de er blevet mishandlet eller har haft urimelige omstændigheder? Ja måske?

That would be a customer service decision which would go through a process of what rules were broken and well guidelines are just that (up to you for guidelines).Personally I dont give a casino a second chance if I feel they have done a dirty unless they come out and apologise as a good casino generally would and even Ive had complimentary crud and chips offered to come back.
