As for your second question, I have a feeling from the screenshot that you will have to deposit 20% of the withdrawal requested and the lowest withdrawal is $1000, which means you will have to deposit $200. Doesn't seem fair to me though. Did you ask the casino why it is that you have to deposit such a high amount to make a withdrawal?
