Hello, according to them, the verification was completed within an hour of submitting the withdrawal request. Today, 72 hours later, I have not received any substantiated response from them. I have nly this unserious answer by them: "I completely understand, but unfortunately, we cannot speed up the withdrawal process. We just need to wait until it is fully completed"

i have deposited with Apple pay, but this method wasn't available for withdraw, i choosed bank transfer SEPA.
