Its only possible to contact them true epost, that take days to only get a answer. They first says that i only can withdrawal with the same method i used for the deposit and that i would like to do ( Revolut Mastercard). And now they says that its dont work and i need to use rapid bank transfer. I dont know what that is. But they stopped answer me. I have used Revolut as a withdrawal for all casino, so its strange they saying its not working... Please help 😕

Hi all. New to the forum. Unfortunattely i am also a victim of 24kcasino. I am struggling to withrawal 180 euro from them.

They hardly answer to my emails.

My account is confirmed. I tried 5 days ago to withdraw my money throught visa/mastercard which is the way that i deposit to them. I never get a confirmation email. I check my account through their website, and the proccess whas complete. I sent them before 30 minutes an emai and ask them, why my money are not in my mastercard, and they answer me that there is a problem and i should try a different withdrawal method. I dont know what to do. I have not another way to withdaw my money from them. What should i do?

I can see that one of the latest complaints about delayed payment was solved by switching to the bitcoin currency. Feel free to check the complaint here.

Setting up a crypto wallet is not as complicated as it may seem. I'm getting the impression, that bank transfers and debit card transactions are getting far less favored by online casinos due to the increased level of let's say bureaucracy. If you manage to set up a crypto wallet you should get an advance.

I'd ask the casino what other options you currently have.

Thank you all.i would like to inform you that finally i manage to withdraw my money from them.after so many messages that i send them,they did the withdrawal with bitcoin.i create an account at coinbase.com,convert bitcoin to euro,and then i send the money to my paypal account.i think they only want from people to withdraw throught cryptocurrency.i dont care to be honest.i took my lesson.i hope this post to help other people.

I'm glad to hear you eventually managed to get the winnings even though it was more complicated. The coinbase ewallet might be useful for you in the future so it's nice you already have it and know how to use it. The first step and attempt to convert / send money is always the most difficult. Then it's pretty easy when you find out how it works 🙂
