Scam casino, I recommend someone from Casino Guru makes an account with an insignificant amount of money and tests it out. Most horrific and horrible experience I have ever had with any casino and they stole 1900 dollars from me.


I recommend blacklisting and banning all casinos associated with this scammy company. They all have the same support, same email team, saame casino structure and payment methods and all are scamming people in the exact same way.


A full investigation into their operations is highly recommended they deserve a rating of zero for safety and everything else. There is no way those reviews are real

They gave zero explanations as to why they stole 1900 dollars from me and they haven’t responded to any of my emails for the past two months. Only live chat answer, and they instruct me to reach out via email only when they clearly do not respond.


Highly recommending blacklisting these scammers as they pose a threat to all players and the industry itself.

Yes, I saw that they didn't even respond to the complaint. But this casino serves as a warning to others as well, since they won't even communicate with us. I'd rather we didn't have to deal with this and that it could be resolved, but that probably won't be possible.

It is not just this casino by the way, that is why they do not care about your penalties. It is the entire company. Their business model is simple once a casino is rated down they open a fresh one. And scam people all over again. Literally they have like 16 casinos, all replicas of one another with same everything.

Hello, I cannot say that this is a surprise. This is kind of a standard tactic for such casinos. They know it's hard to spot every new casino, and just one more company on the list can be set as owner or operator... My colleagues from the Data Team could spend a night talking about verifying casino owner/operators/groups/labels. 🙁

I'm also sorry to see this practice in motion.
