Hello,

ExciteWin.com failed handle my dispute (they stayed quiet) and even CasinoMeister tried to defend my rights and they didn't reply even them. It was about self-exclusion, they didn't add it - instead they added me more money to play and wished good luck in emails.. That time I was stupid and lost after it 10k. That time I understood they have EMTA's Estonian license as advertisement banner talked about "Estonian license" but found out later it was only for the residents of Estonia.. so they even lied about it. Also chat support told me I have to wager 20k, even I played with real money only. So basically it was without license for other players and their actions were against all regulations. My question is, is there anything where could be sent a complaint, any other authorities? Or why EMTA (official European tax and customs board) allows this dishonest casino to operate, as in EMTA's website they have valid license regarless of the dishonest behaviour. https://www.emta.ee/en/business-client/registration-business/gambling-operators/list-legal-gambling-operators#online (Estolio Limited) For Estonian people URL is nowdays excitewin.ee , but it's same casino and same people behind it.

Hello, but it's a difficult situation and certainly not something a player would want to get into. 

When you asked for self-exclusion why didn't it happen? What specifically did you write to the casino? Often players come in saying they requested it and then send a screenshot saying in live chat that they want to close the account. That's not the same thing, so that's why I'm asking. But it's not right for them to give you money and encourage you to keep playing.

As for the license, I see that they have Comoros, so it's probably not a big deal. 

Anyway, try to answer me about the self-exclusion and we'll see if it would be a good idea to file a complaint with us or not. Besides, I don't know where else it would be possible.

I sent email officially to their support email. Instead of closing account, they add me bonus money and wish good luck in games (in response email). Only after losing money, I say it again in email, then it was closed.

They also didn't reply anything about dispute of 20k wager requirement even I played with real money. Or nothing about the fact I believed the banner I play under Estonian license.

I also wonder how EMTA can keep their license valid even the company is same and all over internet I read bad stories about them. I tried to resolve case with EMTA, as I believed I play under Estonian license due banner talked about it (in Finnish language "Viron lisenssi" which is Estonian license" EMTA told case belongs to Curacao authorities.. but Curacao said it belongs to EMTA.. so no one like takes responsibility of the license.

I can see that you tried to get help in various places and I'm quite puzzled that they just tossed you around and didn't want to help you anywhere. 

Theoretically you could file a complaint with us, but I don't know how that would work out. Self-exclusion cases are often not easy and our team would need to have clear evidence that you made the right request and that the casino made a mistake. You don't get anything for it so if you want to try you can. 

Even if it turned out badly, you can say that you tried your best to resolve it.

Hey.

I tried to search for that particular group yet found only one result, which feels weird. The only license I could find appears to be AOFA Comoros.

I'm not sure whether that helps.

Hi - Just for peace of mind, I won 170,000 on a Rabidi N.V website and they never missed a withdrawal on it, safe to say they pay 👍
