What is the deal with Casinos that make it so difficult to unsubscribe. You click the link then it says "Page not found". Go login to my account and look for an unsubscribe area. Doesnt exist. Go to Live chat and/or email..... Insist they Exclude and UNsubscribe me, they tell me basically "go do it yourself"


...Well obviously I tried that. Not like I just yearn to speak with you folks...Unsubscribe me. Exclude me. Stop sending me emails. Like what is so difficult about that??

I was wondering if you can block emails from casinos you don't want to receive from in your email. Of course, if you can't do it yourself in your account and the live chat is not helpful either, it's certainly not pleasant.

However, in which casinos is this happening to you ?

ALL still bombard my emails. ALL I have personally sent emails to telling them to stop. ALL more than once

I've heard such a case before and also one player couldn't get himself to block such offers he didn't want to receive. The only thing I can think of is to try to block incoming emails from someone you don't want to receive it, alternatively for such occasions have a second email where you won't mind if they spam you. Unfortunately I have nothing better.😥

Just found the "block" feature in my email account yesterday. Doesnt appear on PC but does on my phone. Lets see if it works

Great, be sure to let me know if it works. In my personal experience it wasn't a problem when I blocked a certain email and I didn't receive anything. However, it may not always work the same for everyone. I hope this helps and won't be annoying anymore.

Gets blocked but sent to my spam. So I guess that'll work. lol
