I have to say that this website you found looks quite poor, or let's say cheap, to me. They still provide the Cucaraco Anthillephone license, which no longer exists. The logo for PAGCOR, which I found, does not seem to work. So, I sincerely hope there will be a way to get in touch with those guys.
