Hi I wonder if anyone can help back in January I placed £20 on agent spins I won up to 2000 I withdrew the winnings got a email to confirm it’s been submitted then the next day I got a email to say I’ve breeched terms and conditions of 30% deposit or something which I find crazy I have since closed my account but I can’t get any response from them I have sent them emails but they don’t get back to me surely they are my winnings which I’m entitled to? They literally took all my 2000 from my balance.
