You can always try to ask the casino whether they allow the use of VPN and access the games through it. It's strictly forbidden in many casinos, but since this one doesn't own any license, they might be OK with it.
Of course, if they say you can do it, save the conversation in case they would tell you something different in the future.
I cashed out 350.00 in Sept and no show yet.Sent all my info 5 times now.Why do other sites I'm on get my stuff but this site seems to not get my files. A few days ago I received an email stating they canceled my withdrawal because of incomplete documents. So we sent all the documents again. And another batch of them right after that. So they should have got them all this time. But my luck they didn't. So I cannot say anything positive about this site yet. Right now I'm not happy with it. I have never had this long to wait for a withdrawal.

I assume that you sent these docs by email, right? Any auto-reply saying that the emails were not delivered? Did you try to send each document separately, please? If not, I would make a screenshot of the list of sent emails with attachments and ask the support whether the email address is correct and if there is another email you can use.

If these documents must be uploaded directly, it is still about asking the support. The moment you know what seems to be wrong the moment you can move on.

So I was concerned about these documents and the progress.
What seems wrong now? Have you meant a different casino, how should I know? 🙂
I tried accessing the site via the USA using VPN and yes - it is saying the restricted country, so we have to update the country settings in our system, to me, it seems like they changed it quite recently.
Anyway, thank you for the notice, I already asked for the USA to be set as a restricted country.
