⭐☆☆☆☆ 1/5
I have been a VIP player at BC.Game for a significant period of time, depositing and losing well over $100,000 on this platform. I am writing this review because what happened to me needs to be said publicly, and every player considering BC.Game deserves to know the truth before they hand over their money.
They used their own VIP host to manipulate me into a $40,000 loss — and then ghosted me for 8 months.
My VIP host Aaron was, for a while, genuinely good. We had a real arrangement — warmup bonuses before big sessions, honest communication, a proper VIP relationship. I felt valued. I was depositing large amounts regularly and BC.Game was benefiting from my loyalty.
Then the warmup bonuses started getting pulled, pushed back, restricted with impossible 100x wager requirements. Every time I pushed back, Aaron blamed his boss. It went on for weeks. Finally, on April 17, 2025, Aaron gave me a direct condition in writing:
"It's simple really, no warmup before account activity."
So I showed the activity. On April 28, 2025 — the same day he set that condition — I deposited and lost approximately $40,000 in a single session. I messaged Aaron throughout. His response? His automated out-of-hours reply. Three times. He had gone offline and left me completely without support during the biggest loss of my time on this platform.
When he finally came back, he acknowledged my losses were "roughly 40-45k" and still delivered nothing. No warmup. No deal. No compensation.
Then BC.Game just removed Aaron from my account entirely. No warning. No handover. No explanation. Aaron himself told me in his final message:
"I fought for you tooth and nail and they just switched the host in the end. Sorry it turned out like this but I have no say in what happens with your account now."
Think about that. Their own employee told me he fought for me and was overruled. And BC.Game's response to me? Silence.
I emailed them on July 20, 2025. They ignored me for over 8 months.
I sent a detailed, professional email to the BC.Game VIP team explaining everything — the $40,000 loss, the broken promises, the host removal. I was calm. I was reasonable. I gave them every opportunity to fix this quietly.
Eight months. Nothing.
I was then assigned a replacement host named Wendy who was completely useless — no real bonuses, no deals, no understanding of my situation, no follow-up on anything Aaron and I had discussed. I eventually stopped playing altogether because there was simply no reason to continue. Why would I deposit more money into a platform that already took $40,000 from me based on their own host's instruction and then pretended it never happened?
And because I stopped playing — because I had no money left and no deal to play with — I lost even my replacement host due to "inactivity." Let that sink in. BC.Game's failure caused my inactivity, and then they penalized me for that inactivity.
When I finally escalated publicly, their responses were insults dressed as customer service.
Their first response told me that "bonuses arranged by hosts are not guaranteed commitments unless formally approved." In other words — your host can tell you to show activity, you can lose $40,000 doing it, and we take zero responsibility because it wasn't "formally approved." That is not a policy. That is a scam.
Their second response told me they don't have authority to escalate my case and would "prefer to handle it through proper channels." The proper channels they ignored for 8 months.
Not once — in any response — did they address the April 17 quote. Not once did they address the April 28 timeline. Not once did they acknowledge that their own host set a condition I immediately fulfilled at a cost of $40,000. They just kept sending polished, empty paragraphs hoping I would go away.
The bottom line:
BC.Game will treat you like a high roller when they want your deposits. They will have their VIP hosts build real relationships with you, make you feel valued, discuss deals and warmups and arrangements — and the moment it costs them anything to honor those arrangements, they will pull the host, ignore your emails, and hide behind "internal policies."
I lost $40,000 in one day doing exactly what their host told me to do. I received nothing in return. I was ignored for 8 months. My complaint was met with copy-paste deflections. And I am still waiting for a single person at BC.Game with actual authority to take responsibility.
If you are a high roller considering BC.Game — please read this carefully. The VIP treatment feels real until you need them to honor their word. Then you will find out very quickly what this platform actually thinks of you.
Avoid BC.Game. They do not honor their commitments and they do not respect their players.
- Fast Withdrawal
- They use VIP hosts to build trust and make promises they have no intention of keeping.
- Their own host told me to show activity, I lost $40,000 the same day doing it, and they took zero responsibility.
- Emailed their VIP team in July 2025 — didn't hear back for over 8 months until I went public.
- They removed my VIP host without warning, wiping out every deal and arrangement we had built together.
