As far as you can see, there was no previous negative experience with them. There was only one approved complaint and that one was resolved. There was no reason to believe there's anything bad about the casino.

And what about NOW? It is almost one month that the casino stopped paying to anybody but you still keep their rating unchanged. There is a problem with your rating system and I think you should react more swiftly to what happens in the real time.

I would say this is the reason why players can't get their winnings. It's sad, yet, as long as no one else is able to play there, no point in changing the rating to closed casinos.
