Given those circumstances, maybe trying some other methods to stay away from casinos, like asking someone close to change your logins and email client passwords, swiping your phone number, etc., could help too. This is really not a very convincing situation; let's see whether the casino will cooperate with the complaint. If not, I would recommend the last resort option already mentioned, but I understand the casino should take care of such requests in the first place.

Would you say the request was clear enough to let them understand that you have been experiencing a gambling problem and are thus asking for self-exclusion due to gambling addiction? Just want to be sure this step was covered, that's all.
Sadly, as far as the system works, promotions will come unless the account is closed properly; a request on its own is not enough to stop promotions, in some cases, even the account closure is not enough. 🙁 But that's probably not the matter now.
I really do not want to bother you further, but in order to get the proper attention, the request should be as clear as possible. I hope you won't ever need to do that again, but if so, please use wording: "I request immediate self-exclusion due to gambling addiction."
Anything else is not that helpful; that's what I have seen in many complaints. Yet I understand that no matter how you presented the request, silence is not how the casino should react...
I get that. You know I was asking to prevent any possible misinterpretation, and since your response was more general, I aimed to help out. If you're now saying that the request was specific, I believe you. Now I truly wonder what the casino is going to say, to be honest.

Where do I start these guys have scammed me , I have had an account with them for over a year now.
I recently deposited £740 from my bank account and the payments did not go through so I emailed them to say you scammed me and then later on the payment went on my account this was because I used there transfer payment scheme on there site.
I then lost all my money but yesterday I deposited £50 and won £3800 they then said I cannot take my winnings due to a card 6 months ago where they needed proof for even though I didn’t use that card for when I won £3800, I then said I cannot provide that card as it’s now been terminated I then was stress as they was saying I have to get something from my bank , so I called my bank today and they said they only can send email to prove the card was mine and now has discontinued.
I then sent an email and they disabled my account without telling me any reason why they banned my account and they taken my winnings away from me. I have complained to there support@betnjet.com and they have ignored me also have evidence of all chats different people saying different things I have never been treated this way. This company has scammed me and I want my funds as I have shown them everything that I am a legit customer. I am now with no money as they not only taken my £3800 away from my they have taken my deposits to. I need help and this needs to be looked into urgently.
They have done this to so many United Kingdom players this site needs to be shut down they just take peoples money and don’t pay out there winnings . I’m so angry right now .this has left me depressed and major anxiety attacks.
