They won't say anything i sent them a complaint form but they haven't responded and the only thing they said is when I contacted them through live chat they said its because of the term 6.2.5 .If you actually check this term it just says that a player sees this bonus as a financial opportunity.Thats absurd.

Well, I hope that the casino will cooperate with our complaint team and explain it better, for sure.
