I'd say submitting a complaint would not hurt. We may find out whether they're doing this on purpose or not. But I checked the recent complaints and I got the impression that they only responded to some cases.

From my end, they raise my limit for withdraw. I just play and play and deposit and its raised. In start was 50e, now its 500eur.

Even though they raised it, 50e withdrawal limit for a new player sounds extremely terrible.

I deposit 300eur and i had 300e withdraw. When i earned more i write support for raise as i am loyal player they raise

So it seems that the withdrawal limit is based on the deposited amount for the loyal players? 🙂

Well, I think is weird a bit. Why should anybody have to ask for raising the withdrawal limit? Just state the reasonable max limit for everybody, I'd say.
