Hi, you requested a withdrawal just a few days ago. I wouldn’t count on the casino’s claim that withdrawals take 3 days, because many things can slow them down, and they might even be doing it on purpose.
So I’d definitely wait for now. We give casinos 14 days to resolve this process, and if you’re close to that, then I’d consider submitting a complaint.

I deposited via Visa bank card. I saw in their rules that the withdrawal must be the same as the deposit so I have 2 withdrawals to my bank account and 1 withdrawal is to Skrill
Thanks, but the choice of payment method is sometimes the reason why withdrawals can take longer. Also, if they use a third-party payment provider, there’s a chance it might take a bit longer.
I’d be prepared that it might not take three days, though.

The casino has resolved nearly all of its complaints so far, which is why it has such a high safety rating. Of course, that rating is based on more than just this.
I don’t know under what circumstances the casino pays out players within three days. Maybe when it’s done via crypto and the casino doesn’t have to check anything or verify the player. In that case, I could see it happening. Maybe even with other payment methods, but the player would have to be verified and, for example, play without bonuses and so on. But that’s just my thought.

Yesterday, April 29th, I contacted support for the first time via chat and received a response in which they firmly assured me that the withdraw was in the final stage and that I could relax. Given the very high security index they have, I think this final stage shouldn't last for days because if the final stage of the withdraw lasts many times longer than the deadline for the entire withdraw that they set themselves, then it's a very dishonest act and an undeserved rating they got. Of course, the more specific the explanation, the better. I would definitely be in favor of that.
The truth is, however, that many casinos probably wouldn’t be able to comply with that anyway, for example, if they deliberately delay withdrawals.
Likewise, if some casinos use a third-party payment provider, it’s common that once the money is sent, they no longer have control over it, and so inconveniences could arise even though the casino isn’t actually to blame.
But of course, it would certainly be best if the casino could clearly state in which situations and when delays occur, how long they are expected to last, and so on.
But you won’t find that at almost any casino. 🙁
