Hello guys, I've been playing at this casino for a few months now and have made some small dogecoin withdrawals (about $200-$300). On July 2nd, I requested a dogecoin withdrawal ($730) but I have not been paid yet. I sent a message from their site 3 days ago but no reply. I have texted 4 people in the last week and they all say they will send me the money soon. I always received my money within 2-3 days.

Did you finish their KYC checks?
Could be a reason why it is taking so long, also given the fact that the BTC price was 'high' last few days the casino could consider to process slower until the coins are more stable.

Maybe that's why it is taking so long. The casino unfortunately advertise with instant payouts but if you look further they say themselves that it may take up to 72 hours.
You can try to send them an e-mail but I saw that you also filed a complaint on Casino Guru, hopefully they resolve your issue too.

With euros/dollars it is no issue if you have to wait long on your money, but with crypto between a week you could either lose or win on the amount you were withdrawing depending on the exchange.

I have 3 withdrawals hanging for different amounts and different degrees of freshness, but they are all issued on litecoin. The first withdrawal is already coming to become overdue if it is not processed within the stated casino 72 hours. Interestingly, I don't have any transaction numbers, nothing more, except for the letters I received by email, respectively, I can't track the status of these transactions.

Hi, I made a complaint and waited 11 days to get the money. I was advised by Casino Guru to wait 14 days for it to be processed specifically next time. I made another Dogecoin withdrawal 3 days ago and still nothing. I'll wait until it's 14 days.

I would say that you should wait a bit. I truly think that it's just a matter of time.
