I find this casino really unfair.i use to enjoy it but now they put restrictions on vip points even when they send them to you in your email. I have never broken the rules ans I play responsibly. But they have restricted my ip points twice and it takes over a month to allow me access again. When I signed up these restriction were not. n the terms and conditions. They just restricted vip points which I earned and payed for. Just so I have to keep depositing. Very. Very unfair game play and no transparency. I do not recommend playing at blackjack ballroom anymore.
