The casino will just give you a message that they are not for you and nothing more, no specific explanation? Of course, the casino can decide who to give the bonus to and who not, but I think it is also fair not to send offers to players and then tell them that the bonus is not for them. 🤔

Kind of poorly managed bonus marketing or distribution, perhaps? Have you deposited at the casino recently? I came across a situation when a player was stripped of free bonuses due to a lack of deposits. The problem was that the player wouldn't know simply because the operator kept saying "those bonuses are not available to you." It took over a month or so to uncover the "issue".

Yes it is possible that the problem is somewhere else, that was just my guess as nothing else has been confirmed and the casino has not given a concrete reason. But I'm afraid that without an explanation from the casino we are blind.
