It has been 3 months since I requested the withdrawal option on my Bookmaker.eu account, and still, nothing has been resolved. I have completed numerous KYC verifications as requested, including submitting video selfies and detailed forms. Betting at the casino. I used the site for months without making withdrawals, just depositing and losing. The first withdrawal I tried to make, I didn't even succeed, they already asked for countless KYC verification, video selfie, photo with paper written date of the day, filling out a form. And I sent everything they requested and it's been 3 months and nothing. I'm not even betting at their casino anymore. There are 4900 reais there and no way to withdraw it.
Is it a very long time and still not verified or does it just take this long to withdraw ?
