Honestly, these issues are pretty common for player from Germany since the new gambling law was introduced there. My private tip is that sending money to a German bank isn't that simple for the casino in case they don't have a German license so they try to find another way and possibilities. For example many German players were forced to withdraw using cryptocurrencies, because the casinos (not this specific one) told them it's not possible to send money to their bank account.

If you keep asking, they won't tell you the reason. That's for sure. The casinos can't say: OK, we know we shouldn't accept German players, but we do it anyways, which causes us some issues with payments and now we need to figure out how to get around it...
