Hello,

I'm not entirely sure I understand your situation correctly.

Are you saying that the casino sent you promotional emails encouraging you to create a new account, and that this later resulted in your account being closed because of multiple accounts?

If so, could you provide a bit more context? Which casino was it, and what exactly did the emails say?

You know, from my personal experience with players, they are more likely to respond to deeply described context; without that, it's literally much more demanding to decide whether they agree or disagree. I for example, know that many casinos send offers only available to new players without even encouraging them to create duplicate accounts, but that's my experience. Just a few minutes ago I was looking into a good bonus I could send to subscribed users—new players or first deposit only, though I have no idea who plays in what casinos.

In any case, this is a public forum and this thread is public.

Yes those are the casinos I’m talking about the ones you already have an account and it says you can make another on different sit connected to them but than that site suspends you makes no sense and unfair game play

Not closed but suspended

like it’s your fault when they literally throw you into the bears den by allowing you to make multiple accounts but not ever having a record visible to you as the player but always on record for them making you accountable without your knowledge?

Hello, long time no see. Welcome back.

As far as I could catch up, you're describing the situation where one casino in a larger group of casinos sends you a promo that is available in another casino within the same group. Are you also saying that having one account in each of those casinos is considered a reason for suspending accounts, please? That would certainly be quite unfair.

In my opinion it would be best to describe one concrete experience we can focus on, with as many details as you can provide, including also the specific form of the promo, its conditions and associated casino arguments. I just want to make sure we are all aligned.

Hello, I’m not afraid to speak my mind. Did you have a chance to read my question? I really think it would help to focus on the specific situation, because, as you can see, no one has responded further. That may be because the context is still rather unclear.

So, I hear you, and I understand what you’re asking for, but I think we need to work through this together.
