Well, that's a good question, but I don't have an answer. It would certainly be good if casinos started to enforce it so that players who are from restricted countries can't register, or their country is not on the registration form. This would not be so difficult and could avoid a lot of issues. 

Make sure you don't deposit and play there and see how everything gets sorted out. I'll be waiting impatiently as well.

Yes most of us would say that's how we'd all like to look at it. If they know they can shut down, pay off the players and then leave the market. But that's not always the case. I've seen the scenario you describe and I consider it fair and right. 

Anyway, I hope you will get your money despite the difficulties.
