I tried contacting support several times, including via email, but I can't open a dispute to prove the screenshots and also because I can't withdraw my balance of 2700 USD.

Why can't you open a dispute?
You can't change it yourself, and the casino isn't responding to you anywhere.
So if this is happening and you don't know what to do, I would try filing a complaint with us.

It's been almost a week and I still haven't received a response from the casino. My money is still stuck, $2700 USD. I can't open a dispute because I can't find Chipsy's name on the list of casinos for that. Please help me.

That is no problem at all. Please choose any of the casinos from the list and explain to which casino you really want to submit your complaint. Our team will fix it for you then.
Just please know that we are unable to intervene before the 14-day time period from your withdrawal passes.
